Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Grandline, Denmark, operates ClickLab. These terms apply to the website, desktop application, and related services.

By using ClickLab, you agree to these terms. Do not use ClickLab if you do not agree.

The desktop requires a separate, explicit agreement before its first use and after these documents change.

The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. Acknowledging it does not give consent to optional analytics.

2. Description of Service

ClickLab provides AI tools for visual assets, code, project files, and connected Roblox Studio experiences.

AI output can contain errors. Review and test output before use, publication, or deployment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Use License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

You may:

  • Use generated content for personal or commercial purposes according your plan

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
  • Attempt to access underlying models or systems
  • Remove proprietary notices

5. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Stripe processes payments. Published plan details and credit rates apply to your purchase and use.

AI requests can consume credits. Confirmed usage determines charges under the applicable credit rates.

Keep your account secure. You are responsible for requests and changes you authorize.

Unused credits and subscription time are not refundable except where mandatory law or the applicable purchase terms require otherwise.

Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, refund, and digital service rights, remain in force.

Desktop agreement acceptance does not waive withdrawal rights or authorize a payment.

Any request for immediate supply and any required withdrawal acknowledgement belong in the purchase flow.

We give reasonable notice of material price changes. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

6. User Content

You retain the rights you already hold in your inputs. Submit only content you have permission to use.

You authorize processing of submitted content to provide the requested service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You can use generated output subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms of your plan.

AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. No output ownership guarantee overrides applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute:

  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent material

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users.

ClickLab does not guarantee uniqueness or suitability for any specific purpose.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • Required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickLab shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

These limits apply only where lawful. They do not exclude liability or remedies that mandatory law protects.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Mandatory consumer guarantees and statutory remedies still apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We identify updated terms and privacy notices by version. The desktop requests acceptance when its bundled documents change.

We provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not apply retroactively to remove mandatory rights.

14. Governing Law

Danish law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Consumers keep mandatory protections and court rights that apply in their country of residence.

15. Contact

ClickLab is operated by Grandline, Denmark.

Contact: [email protected]

16. Desktop Use and AI Changes

The desktop can read selected project files and attached references to provide requested assistance.

Approved tools can change project files and connected Studio experiences.

Ask for approval requests permission for each change. Full access permits automatic changes within the displayed project permissions.

Select projects and Studio instances carefully. Keep backups and review changes before use or publication.

A completed AI response does not guarantee correct code, safe assets, successful tests, or compatibility with every system.

Third-party services and model terms can apply. ClickLab is not Roblox, and Roblox does not endorse ClickLab.

You may uninstall the desktop at any time. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or remove all account data.

Use account settings or contact support for cancellation and data requests.

Third-party open-source notices remain included with the application. These terms do not replace those licences.
